CDL Test Prep Tracker publishes concise, driver-focused reporting from identifiable sources. This page explains how AI assistance, sourcing, images, corrections, and independence are handled.
Research and sourcing
We prioritize primary records such as agency notices, regulations, recall filings, state WARN records, company filings, and official union or company statements. Trade and general-news reporting may help discovery and context, but interested-party claims are attributed. A repeated press release is not independent corroboration.
AI-assisted process
AI tools may assist with source discovery, comparison, drafting, editing, code, and original illustration production. Each published record must pass programmed completeness checks and a separate evidence review against the cited sources. We do not claim interviews, eyewitness reporting, or credentials we do not have.
Regulatory and developing stories
We identify whether an action is a proposal, final rule, guidance, exemption, enforcement announcement, stay, amendment, or withdrawal. Developing incidents use attributable official facts, timestamps, and clear limitations. This site is not a real-time navigation service.
Image rights and reuse
Images are either original editorial illustrations or material with recorded permission and provenance. Generated or generic illustrations are labeled and are not presented as photographs of an event, person, company, or vehicle involved.

Material changes receive an update time and visible note. Corrections explain what changed; dates are not refreshed merely to make a story look new. Send a specific correction request and supporting source to hello@cdlpreptracker.com.
